We stayed at Elpida Resort & Spa for 7 nights and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The family room was cozy and spacious, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The room was well-cleaned every day and had a nice open view from the balcony to the swimming pool and nature. The hotel had a great pool and pool bar, as well as a well-equipped spa with good quality massage service. The staff who served breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a large fitness center, spa, and indoor pool, which was the best I have seen in any hotel in Greece. The hotel owners were very green conscious and accommodated my request to plug in my electric car in their garage. The access to the park next door was a big plus for taking walks.

The suites at Elpida Resort & Spa are absolutely fantastic! They are so spacious and modernly decorated, it feels like you're living in a dream. The seating area is perfect for relaxing and the balcony offers stunning views. Plus, the free Wi-Fi is a great bonus for staying connected. As someone who appreciates comfort and style, I couldn't have asked for a better room!

Personally, I found the air conditioning and central heating a bit too strong for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

breakfast could be better, coffee comes from an automatic nesscafe machine and tastes really bad. noisy rooms when there is a party by the pool. just 2 tv programs.

The restaurant serves "gourmet" meals and the terrace overlooks "surrounding nature". The spa boasts a heated indoor pool and a sauna.

The nearest airport is. well, far away.

I had a fantastic stay at Elpida Resort & Spa. The spacious junior suite was perfect for my family of four. The rooms were clean and the daily room service was a great convenience. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious with a variety of options on the menu. The pool was clean and ideal for young children, plus there was a separate kiddies pool available. The location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk or a quick taxi ride away from Serres town. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking views of Serres from the local acropolis next to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel had a fancy restaurant where I enjoyed gourmet meals and a beautiful terrace where I had my meals while enjoying the surrounding nature. The spa and beauty center was great, especially the heated indoor pool and sauna. The Archeological Museum was conveniently close.

The water in the swimming pool was very dirty during my stay. It seems like the hotel could benefit from cleaning it more frequently, especially since many locals use the pool as well.

Het bed in de kamer was geweldig en lekker groot, met grote schone witte lakens. De kamer zelf was misschien niet extreem groot, maar groot genoeg voor twee personen. Alles was keurig netjes en schoon in het hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en ik voelde me zeer welkom. Gelukkig was het fijn dat ik zelf drinken kon pakken beneden en kon opschrijven wat ik had genomen, het gaf een gevoel van vertrouwen. Gelukkig was de locatie van het hotel heel dicht bij het centrum, wat erg handig was.
